“I booked through the online service which was simple to navigate and all details fully explained. This was followed up by an e-mail and text (having selected both as contact preferences) providing booking reference and contact details for the hotel. Overall excellent service”

“The staff who dealt with us on the telephone, sorting out our booking, were brilliant - polite, cheerful and helpful throughout. We had a problem which needed resolving and they did so and kept in touch, providing alternatives and being constant in their support. Really first class staff - you are blessed to have them (as we were to have them deal with what turned out to be a complicated booking!).”

“The hotel is in a wonderful setting with great pool & spa & golf facilities. The staff were friendly & helpful & the food was excellent. Our room was on the second floor with no lifts but we were aware of this. The hotel badly needs a total refurbishment as all the rooms are extremely tired.”
