“So far my experience has been very good. I had to call them about something; the lady who answered could not have been more helpful. Used the website twice and both times it's been really straightforward and easy to navigate (unlike SO many other websites out there!). All in all, I'm impressed.”

“The country hotel breaks website provides plenty of detail of available hotels and has plenty of search options too. The reservations team were very helpful with my booking for a two night stay in the Lakes and managed to sort for me the best room and hotel in the area I wanted to stay. Great service and would definitely use them again.”

“I was given a voucher last year for Country Hotel Breaks. Covid disrupted any possibility of taking the break so when restrictions appeared to be lifting, I decided to speak to someone in order to upgrade the voucher to two nights in Harrogate instead of the intended area. I spoke to a really lovely lady called Helena, she was extremely helpful and professional and couldn’t do enough to help me. I succeeded in booking a break for two nights in Harrogate and have Helena to thank for it. Please give her a massive Pat on the back, she is a credit to your company.”
