“Very impressed with the website, its detail on the different hotels and their own tips to make your choice of booking is informed. Finding the right hotel once I'd decided on the area was then easy and equally when making the booking ewhich I did by phone. The service was first class, both informative and helpful. Because of Covid we have booked for October 2021, but I am so looking forward to the prospect of staying at Langley Castle, in Hexham. Thank you countrybreakhotels.com”

“I booked for October, 2020, but due to lockdown ,had to cancel and happily accepted voucher. Just rebooked for next October and the lady in customer services was very kind and efficiently made the exact booking Well done.”

“Gave Country Hotel Breaks a top score as have used them before and overall have found them most efficient and fair. Everything is clearly explained re details of booking and an emailed confirmation is immediately sent which is always reassuring. No hidden costs, what you are told is what you get and any 'extra' costs are made obvious. Looking forward to my forthcoming reservation in July.”

“The on line booking system could not be easier. Even given that I made a mistake and booked a slightly different package than intended, I contacted Country Hotel Breaks by phone and the lady I talked to could not have been more helpful. She took details, changed my booking with the hotel, advised me by phone of progress and then e mailed new details, all within an hour or so. I have rarely had service of such a high standard.”

“I was contacted by a member of the team on the phone to let me know that our hotel would not be open for our booking in March. She offered to find an alternative date and liaised with the hotel to do this. She was professional, efficient and I was very impressed with the service.”

“I called to make my reservation as I wanted to clarify if I would be able to change my booking if due to Covid restrictions. I believe the lady I chatted to was Kate. She was so helpful and professional. I was so impressed, this was the second time I have spoken to her and both times she was lovely. Such a credit to your company”
