“I recently booked a mid-week stay through Country Hotel Breaks and was very much looking forward to it. Regrettably, I tested positive for COVID the day prior and this was inside the required minimum 48 hour cancellation period. I immediately phoned customer services to explain the situation and the agent kindly liaised with the hotel on my behalf. Rather than lose my booking, the hotel kindly allowed me to delay it to a future date. Country Hotel Breaks then promptly re-booked my stay accordingly and called me back to confirm all was in order. So not only do Country Hotel Breaks provide great offers, and an efficient booking process, but excellent customer service as well; I will certainly be using them again. Thank you Country Hotel Breaks for saving the day and I'm once again looking forward to that upcoming mid-week break!”
