“My experience of choosing CT. On both occasions phone enquiry. Purchase dealt with efficiently and effectively. (They even remembered my last phone call!) Prompt delivery as promised. “Great company to do business with. My stuff that I ordered went missing in the post after a week I contacted Sophie one of their Customer Services Agents. There was no quibble. No asking me to wait and see. They sent the stuff out again and I received it 2 days later. Great Customer Service. Who wouldn’t want that. Missing stuff still hasn’t turned up but it doesn’t matter anyway.”

“I came to Cotswold Trading to get some party poppers for Christmas, but I was blown away by the amazing choice of stocking fillers that I found. Normally, we buy one star present and one stocking filler for each close relative. In the end, I found myself with a basket full of goodies as I got ALL the stocking fillers from Cotswold Trading. My delivery was made by DPD, who are the best couriers in the business. Everything arrived well packed and in perfect order. Happy to recommend.”
