“The products I chose were beautiful (4 x Angela Harding Advent Calendars) wrapped in sustainable packaging and came with sturdy envelopes to send on. Communication was great too, the packages arrived in good time. I only have one small complaint; the outer packaging was a reused plastic bag which was fine, I just would have appreciated it then not being almost completely covered in red and white thick plastic tape! It took ages to unwrap before being binned; please can you use brown paper tape which is much kinder to the environment and less wasteful? Generally I am very pleased with my purchases and look forward to ordering from you again.”

“I apologise for not remembering the name of the young lady who picked up the telephone for my phone order. I am a grandmother and I was asked to buy a Gruffalo Toni for my youngest grandchild. To be honest, I had no idea what I was buying, so when the Gruffalo alone was sent to me, I wondered where ‘the box’ was which showed on the website. I phoned the young lady again and she explained ‘the Toni box’ was separate. No quibbles, she was very understanding and professional and upon speaking to my son, he said my grandchild already had a Toni box. Cotswold is a marvellous company to deal with.”
