“I saw a rucksack in the shop in Broadway but couldn't make up my mind. I subsequently decided I must have it and rang the shop. The assistant, Sophie, couldn't have been more helpful. She went to the shop floor to make sure it was the right one and posted it to me straight away. Excellent service! (I am delighted with the bag!)”
