Customer service was excellent and if the order had worked out and would have given five stars but the pretty pop up advent calendar with the family by the tree had two children and only a mum. Beautiful product but because of this it had to go back. The associate coordinated the return seemlessly and even replied to my email on a Sunday. Email replies were all very prompt. The other issue was that in spite of good protection bin the box, the packaging on one item was badly bashed and so I would not have been able to give is a a present.
