“The web site was easy to use and attractive. The hotels where diverse and I easily found several suitable hotels however I was unable to put in a filter for ‘disability friendly’. One phone call to the agent solved that problem and Sofia confirmed that one of the hotels,I had short listed was able to provide the accommodation I required.”
