“After a delivery issue where only 1 box of 2 was delivered the email service afterwards was outstanding, quick, helpful and a re-order of box 2 arrived”

“I ordered some kids beams and when they arrived we were disappointed to discover 2 main screws were missing! I got on the phone and Abi quickly made contact with the manufacturers for me and kept me informed as to what they said and got the replacement screws sent out the following day. Thank you to Abi!”

“Really great prices and super fast delivery. I had been looking for these chairs forever. So happy with them. The only thing I could be critical of is the text message from DX Freight advising delivery between 7am and 6pm. Surely they could give a 2 hour delivery slot.”
