“Chair seat arrived with piping split, only able to check this after driver left and opened package. Immediately emailed Alison Moylan, but as yet on 1 November had no reply from her regarding this matter. You ask for feedback and to inform you immediately a problem is known but appear over 10 days later to not act on it or simply reply to my email. Ainsley Cheetham”

“We ordered a chair, website said it was available, they took our money and we had to phone only to be told we will have to wait a month for delivery. The customer care agent was lovely and tried to help with alternative but website is obviously not the best.”
