I am very disappointed that I ordered 4 tables from you only to be told they are not going to be in stock for months. If they are not in stock the website should say rather than taking my money and then the next day saying you don't have them.

Hi Gemma I am so sorry you were disappointed. Stock levels from our manufactures are changing on a daily basis we are therefore struggling to get lead times on items. We are happy to refund you.
Website said next day delivery, when item didn't arrive I contacted them to be told it was out of stock and wouldn't be available for weeks. I was told if I selected a different colour it would come on the next working day, was delivered a day later than promised. Item was damaged on delivery, I was offered a partial refund which I accepted but nearly 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. The company are now ignoring my emails

Hi we are very sorry you have had a bad experience. During the Covid19 outbreak we have struggled with couriers and deliveries. Your refund has been processed. We are currently very busy, i will ensure your emails are answered.
I ordered drawers in which to store prints. A delivery was made on Monday 11th March by a single driver who would have been unable to bring it into the house had our gardener not been present. When I returned home I found that it was so heavy that there was no way of getting it out of our hall. My husband is 81 and I am 75. I telephoned the number on the invoice and asked for the set of drawers to be returned. The person I spoke to said that the driver was quite close and would pick it up. The driver rang to say that he could not do it that night but would still be in the area the next morning and would pick it up which he did between about 8.30 am. Again had our gardener not been present the driver would never have been able to do it. That morning I received a phone call from Micky who said that I would incur charges. I would like to know why they are likely to be so high since the driver was still in the area. Also if the piece of furniture was so incredibly heavy why we were not warned about this and told that we should need removal men to place it in the room in which we wanted to put it. I suggest that because of this it was not of merchantable quality and should never have been sent to a private home. The driver was very understanding of our plight and has signed the invoice to say he has taken it back to the warehouse. I hope you will consider these problems when you receive the drawers and my message. I paid by credit card and if not happy with your decision will inform them of the problem. I took photos so that we could be sure it was still in the same condition as it arrived as when it was taken away. I was very disappointed with your service. I do not wish to write a public review just to let you what happened. Janet Martin

Up until the order for the play wooden kitchen the service and delivery were good. The kitchen was paid for in July with 7 to 10 day delivery time and finally arrived incomplete at the end of October to the wrong address. Last box delivered two days later. No proper explanation was ever received for such a long delay.

Whilst the chapter of ordering, placing and confirming was excellent. The crux of delivery has been poor. We were promised the delivery would reach school w/c 17th Sept, that was put back to Monday 24th Sept. No delivery. When I chased I was given Monday 1st October and I iterated that it needed to be done as we have had 2 empty classrooms since start of term and this order was placed solely because the first Company we went with let us down badly with delivery and service. So I get a call from school at 16:30 last night to inform me no delivery. I have not received any information too date. So yet again I shall be chasing today. This is extremely disappointing

I believe you have been emailed this morning by your account manager. We have now received a date for your tables, Becky has emailed you. We are very sorry for the issues you have had whilst not trying to pass the blame onto anyone. Tables are made to order items and we are therefore at the mercy of the manufacturer. Kind Regards
I have been invoiced for goods I haven't received yet. I was told by email they would arrive w/c 24th September but haven't come. I have received an email asking me to review the service and if I am happy with the goods I haven't got!! Also I have access to all the other customer's emails who have recently ordered from you!! The only person who was helpful and got it right was Becky when I placed the original order

Item was great. Fairly straight forward to put together and fix to wall and postage was quick and effective. The downside is someone has just sent out an email to 251 people, without hiding the other recipients email addresses. I am one of those. I have also been 'pestered' for want of a better word on a regular basis to leave a review - despite having contacted and replied to a member of staff weeks ago stating I was happy with my purchase. Please do not enter me into a draw for a voucher as I will not be returning to use your business. Please remove my details from your mailing list - although the damage is probably already done considering you sent it to 250 other strangers!

Ordered 4 Pre school tables which when delivered were too high. We run a pre school therefor Pre school tables should have been appropriate however they are too high for our children. When I asked to replace them I was informed we would be charged 40% of the original order cost to do so. When asking for some support in this matter I was just quoted the t&cs. This is not acceptable therefor we are stuck with 4 tables that are going to get very little use by us. We will not shop with this company again!

Hi Karen Thank you for your message, furniture is manufactured to order and is unfortunately non returnable. There are many different sizes, heights and colour combinations and this is therefore the reason that furniture is made specifically to orders and the reason that there is also a waiting time whilst furniture is made. We do have an excellent customer services department who are always on hand and can help with size guides and any other information that may be required. Our terms and conditions do explain and reflect this and we do advise that furniture can not be returned and charges may apply. I am sorry that you felt the Gopak tables were not suitable for your requirements but they are a very popular item which we supply in large volumes to many different settings.
First order was damaged but as we did not open within the statutory time we did not get our money back. Agreed to pay half the cost of a new one which again arrived with damaged packaging and damaged mirror - this one was not accepted. Third one arrived - box again damaged but mirror intact so order accepted. Most annoying fact is that the supplier accepts there is an issue with their packaging but keep sending it out in the same box with no extra padding but not willing to give us our money back.
