“Tia Bosson. This young lady made my experience with this company so much easier. A delay on my order was handled by Tia. Regular communication & updates on my order. Reassuring & caring. “Excellent service, needed a quick delivery on a couple of items and Kerry arranged this for me and I had the items the next day meaning I had the items 2 days earlier than my deadline. Kerry was excellent throughout she is a credit to Cost Cutter UK, fantastic customer service.”

“Kerry Deckx was the saving grace of my Cost Cutters experience! There were huge issues on my order and delivery and several weeks of confusion and stress. The only thing that made it bearable was Kerry's excellent customer service and care. Kerry went above and beyond to keep me informed and to try and correct all the issues that were beyond her control, she even took the time to call me on her day off to check my delivery had arrived and followed up with me to check I was ok. Thanks so much Kerry - if it wasn't for your acts of kindness this would be a very different review!”

“Very good wed site, and the prices are very good. Delivery is excellent and if you have a problem the customer service will sort it and let you know that day. I will be using Cost cutters UK again. I had a damaged Go-Pak trolley stand and the driver informed use and he took a photo and took it back and the next day a replacement arrived.”
