“Ordered mule slippers on line. Lady rang from Cordners next day to say they hadn’t got the colour but they had burgundy and if I didn’t like them to return them. Her call was efficient and friendly and made you feel your order was important to them. They duly arrived a day later, loved the colour and a perfect fit. Extremely pleased with Cordners and would highly recommend them.”
