Firstly, thank you for your order and I would like to sincerely apologise for the delay in the shipment. Royal Mail and our other Courier Partners are running on reduced operating hours to protect the health and safety of their people and the general public and have advised of possible delays. Postal services were closed for Good Friday and Easter Monday so that has had futher impact on delays. I kindly ask that you Review us on our service taking into account the situation we are in.
