“I ordered a pair of wellies for my son. Upon opening the parcel the wellies that were in the box were not the colour I ordered which was very disappointing. Had I wanted Navy I would have ordered Navy. Given the current Covid19 outbreak and I am unable to leave the house I feel it would be too much hassle to return.”
