“Some questions were not clear, when asked over the telephone with insurer changes were made which increased the insurance. Some questions were not relevant and some questions not asked at all.”
“It app appears useful initially. Once all the information is inputted and the quotes collated the prices appear good.then a phone call and amendments and expected price increase then the sales man/woman tries to sell all the add ons. The original price is well gone.”
