“It can be difficult to make a purchase that you feel happy with. Value for money and good service both are to be considered, in my opinion. In this instance I tried the comparison site and could see the benefits of a variety of insurers. Some were more expensive than others. I wasn't sure which to choose as the question remained, why is this insurer so priced, cheapest isn't always best. I would have welcomed more information about the insurer and the customer service they provide, as this would demonstrate the value of the purchase, even a higher price. On this occasion I selected an independent insurer who I felt comfortable with.”
