“Super simple and fast but it kept losing my quotes and not storing them. I woupd have an email with last quote on and click on link and it takes me to my account and says you have no quotes saved.”

“I must admit I have been a little disappointed with Performance Direct giving me an initial good quote then putting it up and then refusing to give back my deposit even though the policy doesn't start until 21 September 2020. They called me over 14 times in three days and when I spoke to one of their reps (Steve) he was not helpful and actually came across quite arrogant) ... not disappointed with confused.com just Performance Direct and their aggressive marketing and telesales.”
“So with the insurance factory quotation there was some sort of error as when i went to purchase my cheapest insurance quote with the insurance factory, no excess was applied to my quote (unsure of whether this is a error on your part or theres) so then went with the next cheapest quote and everything was ok from there. I would also be much more likely to join confused.com again in the future if you could include van insurance into your reward schemes and find it a little unfair that this isn't currently the case,
