“I asked numerous times throughout the call if there was an admin charge to pay if I got another job and he continually said there wasn't. When I agreed to proceed with the price he read out all the terms & conditions which says there is a fee to make changes, when I pointed this out to him he hung up on me!!!!! Totally wasted my time.”
