“Whilst its good that the comparisons show a price using my requirments, I found it frustating that when working through a quote to finalise this, that on confirming the elements of my requirments on the sellers website that the original quoted price from confused.com then increased by about £10-£12 pounch each month.”

“Did a comparison …it worked, but first 4 possibly 5 quotes were in effect the same firm, which would not insure me with out using a steering wheel lock. Which quite frankly is ridiculous, especially as this wasnt in the headline quote.”

Most insurers will send your policy documents digitally, so it's best to check in your email inbox. If the documents have been posted, they're normally sent the next working day and can take up to 7 days to arrive.
