“I have used Confused for many years now to be fair it’s straight forward to use. Many of the comparisons websites are confusing lol they lead you round in circles. So I will always use confused I know roughly what market prices are I use one other site because I need to go through the pain at least once to know Confused are still on top of their game. So far I have consistently got great car insurance & energy deals so I am happy. The criticism is I noticed that although you click through to the referral link it dont seem to notify confuse that the customer as gone ahead & made a purchase. So it’s a 9 but would be 10 if the link part seem to work ah I jus seen further it’s actually asking if I purchased so I am not wrong in marking down”

They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently.
