“I always use Confused for my car and home insurance. It’s quick and easy, especially if you have used them the year before, as it remembers all of your answers and the quotes are normally the cheapest. The free hot drinks and £20 voucher is a bonus too, especially as you can use the vouchers at even more retailers now!”

“Because I wanted to go with one of your recommendations Aviva. Answered all the questions correctly and then tried to pay only to be told declined and to get in touch with some investigation number which of course you can never get through to.
