I received two different sets of quotes on the same evening, within 5 mins of each other, simply by using two different devices (connected to the same WiFi network). The difference was over £50 per quote and some brokers were only available via the website on my phone. What is with the massive inconsistencies? And why is insurance more expensive on your website vs other competitors?

To help figure out why your price has changed, please first check for these common changes: Did the payment method change from annual to monthly? Did you add or upgrade any optional extras? (e.g. add legal cover, add/upgrade breakdown cover, upgrade courtesy car to hire car) Did you upgrade the cover level? Your insurance questionnaire would not allow me to advise an accident that I had (no other party involved) and put the details onto the third driver. After several attempts I left that aspect out. Contacted one of your insurers to add the detail. Had to go through the whole process again but with the accident recorded against myself. After this had all finished the insure said that the quote had tripled! I said goodbye and through another route obtained a good quote. I could not advise a friend to go through all that. And, at the bottom of this page you insist on calling me Paul Summers - who was the third driver!

The quote offered was not available when clicking to go through to the insurance company. Tried several times, spoke to insurance company who said their price is correct and confused.com must be wrong.

Disappointed that the rewards are App only - the £20 voucher didn't used to be via the APP you could just enter the policy number online. I don't think you make it very clear that you have to download the app. I don't want to download the App so I will skip the reward but very disappointed in this change in practice.
