“You don't have options to enter claim details by named driver specifically hence when all details go to insurance provider it transpired that we have not provided correct information but in actual sense we do have provided correct information as per whatever options/details available. In Normal circumstances you're is very good but in our circumstances where claim happened in our policy but it was named driver who did the accident so claim details you are asking at once only where as compare the market.com is asking in details correctly so we can mention it correctly in proposser details and additional driver details. Please amend your option details and ask for claims details at each section like policy holder details with options of who was driving the car. And in additional driver details. Hope this helps.
