I clicked on the link in your app and paid the £228 for my car insurance on the basis there were some £47 pounds worth of benefits from buying through the app. I have not seen any of those benefits and furthermore after buying through the app I received an email from the Coop offering me the same cover I had just purchased in the app for £21 less. It is obvious that the app is just a scam.

Because after i got my prices from you I have been having messages from my bank reporting that I’ve had many different requests about some finances check on me, why should anyone have any right to do this l, there’s no reason for anyone to be checking about me and have no right to be searching my personal information when I’ve only enquired about a price for my next year’s cover, nothing about this is right here and I shall definitely not be recommending a site that goes enquiring about my personal finances, all that matters is that I paid the price offered to me and as far as they get their money there’s no reason to do anything else than insurance transaction agreement and then cover me for the year, so can you please tell me what gives anyone any right to do any kind of financial check on me, would you be okay with that happening to you or your partner bank account and personally I don’t think you would be impressed by these companies and certainly would not be interested in doing business with someone like that so please when you have time to review this message can you please let me know why anyone has any right to do this when nothing has been agreed with anyone yet for my next years insurance policy, I’m just very disappointed that this has happened and I am telling you this because I don’t know if you know this is happening, end of the day it’s your name that is being used and tarnished by these companies and I shall definitely not be doing any business this year at least thanks for your time in reading this and hope it’s something you can enquire about yourself and see what is happening here thanks again from Mr C Else

The car insurance search was excellent and enabled me to find an alternative policy with similar features to my current policy but with a premium less than I paid last year. The options provided included many well known brands with a 5 star defacto rating and the choice I made gave me a saving of more than £150.
