“I obtained a quote back in 2025 but did not take up the insurance, however, this time Confused.com sent me an email indicating cheaper price and I have taken it on, thank you. I have recommended it to my son who has also insured via Confused.com Also my daughter-in-law”

Claiming: Go to the "Rewards" section, log in, tap "Claim my reward" and complete the required questions on the reward claim form. Timeline: We then need to verify your policy details (like your policy number and insurer). This can take up to 14 working days. “I bought new car, to switch my existing insurance, I had renewed previous month, over was going to cost me double so I hopped onto confused.com to see whether the quoted price was correct. Not only did I find over 15 quotes cheaper for new car I also came across temporary insurance for my existing vehicle very cheap. I saved £165 by cancelling current, getting temp for existing car for 5 days and buying full year for the new car. Thankyou confused.com”

“Good price and easy to use. I did end up purchasing one of the policies but the offer of £20 gift voucher has not come through and it looks like you might need the app to be able to get this, but it's not very clear. I've taken the policy out anyway as it was a good price hence 9/10 score”
