“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Jamie (Colin Appleyard, Bradford) was polite, courteous and friendly. At all times he listened to me and treated me with respect. “The whole service was impeccable and the customer service went above and beyond. “I have bought quite a few Subaru's from Colin Appleyard over the years and have always been satisfied with the cars they have supplied. I had decided that I wanted to replace a car and saw another Subaru I liked the look of on their site and called into their Huddersfield site where I met Matthew, who was most helpful. We discussed the car's features and he answered my questions, including its safe wading depth (a critical factor as far I am was concerned) and technical the detail of its specification. We then negotiated a trade in price for my current vehicle and discussed a possible time frame and logistics for a deal. Once he had satisfied me on the economic details of a possible deal we went for a test drive. I liked the way the car drove and so when we returned I stuck the pre-planned deal, and paid a deposit. I picked the car up the following week and I am pleased with it.”
