“Placed an order for a machine and heard nothing beyond the automated email. After several days emailed to cancel, again heard nothing. Phoned to chase - friendly lady on the phone, but could just pass on the message. Eventually got an automated cancelation email after more than a week. No other reply or explanation as to why they'd never looked to deliver in a timely manner, acknowledge emails or return my call.”

Sam, I am sorry to read your comments that we did not meet to your expectations, the delivery day for Cambourne is a Monday which is on our website, this was due to be delivered on the Monday 14th November 2022 Your order was placed on the Tuesday 8th November at 21.05 and was processed on the Wednesday 9th November the machine was checked and tested ready to go out for delivery. You emailed on the 12th November that you wished to cancel your order. which we have done. I appreciate that you are a bit disgruntled, but I cannot see what we have done wrong.
