Placed an order for a machine and heard nothing beyond the automated email. After several days emailed to cancel, again heard nothing.
Phoned to chase - friendly lady on the phone, but could just pass on the message.
Eventually got an automated cancelation email after more than a week. No other reply or explanation as to why they'd never looked to deliver in a timely manner, acknowledge emails or return my call.
