“Purchased multiple CU shoes and boots. The built quality, aesthetic, and value overall made it my favorite shoe brand. Worth to mention, customer service is also great. Worst part is shipping. As a Canadian buyer, UPS charged ridiculously high brokerage fee (usually higher than taxes). UPS made recipients extremely difficult or almost impossible to self clear. Adding additional 30+ percent surcharge on top of what you pay really hurts. If the brokerage fee is not of a concern, I highly recommend CU. Good company deserves support.”

“I started buying shoes from Cobbler Union after I made a conscious decision to buy fewer but higher quality shoes. I was recommended Cobbler Union by a good friend of mine with a good understanding of clothes and shoes.
I have bought 2 boots and 1 pair of shoes, which I am extremely pleased with. They are extremely comfortable and look spectacular.
I also find the half-sizes to be a wonderful thing.
My first boots in size 42 (EU) fit me well, but have to be tied a little looser, my latest pair of boots are in size 42,5 which I can tie close and still be comfortable to wear.
I have recommended Cobbler Union to other friends, and I will continue to do so to anyone who is interested in shoes.
My only issue with buying from Cobbler Union is the high shipping cost at 75 euro (the last time I bought a pair). I live in Norway and simply because it is not part of the EU, I have to pay a significantly higher price on shipping than someone in the EU.
This especially adds up when toll and VAT are included.
