“Long story short, I purchased a pair of William semi brogue Oxfords in size 12.5 Mueseum Brown that were not stock, and it took longer than the quoted couple months lead time to get them in, and I wound up picking the Richard in Museum Oxblood instead. I'm absolutely not upset at all. I can only imagine how difficult it is to do small batch production of odd sized shoes, and getting in special leathers sourced across Europe. They communicated very well with me, and included some extras because of my wait. I was treated like a valued person, rather than like a number or a peon, like what has happened with some large companies. The shoes and belt are gorgeous. They're absolutely stunning, and I just love to stare at them and the fiddleback waist. It was well worth the wait, and they're an amazing shoe for the price. I WILL be purchasing something else in the future.”
“The shoes fits well and has great finish. The rubber sole needs more cushion to be competitive against other brands in same category. U also need to come up with city rubber or dianite soles on your leather shoes.”
“I think the website is good and customer service is responsive. The only "glitch" was that I'd failed to read the fine print about ordering a "size smaller." Why, precisely do you do this? If you should order a certain size, just label the shoe that way. An 8.5 should always fit an 8.5. AT LEAST PUT IT IN BOLD NEAR THE SIZE BOXES instead of at the bottom of the description (to which I may not have read).”
