“James was really helpful and responded to my many queries throughout the process very quickly. Our situation is quite complex and he helped us to find the best deal for us. When we found a house he arranged a mortgage in principle in a few hours and we then had a mortgage offer within a few days. Would recommend.”

“Excellent service from CLS, we dealt with Clayton & Tina, and they were both so helpful. We went to see Clayton aiming for a 25 year mortgage and came out with a 14 year one! He knows his stuff, and wanted to save us as much money whilst paying off the most equity. Tina did above and beyond what she needed to do for us, and for that I am very grateful! CLS do all the hard work really, which is why it is worth using them. I have already recommended you to people at work! Thanks guys, see you in two years for another mortgage! Lauren & Ed”

“Couldn't recommend Clayton and his team enough!!! Right from the start we received great service, we never had to chase up to see where the mortgage was at as Clayton and Tina kept us well informed the whole way through. Myself and my partner have a business and was refused a mortgage after 8 weeks of sending all sorts of paper work as we were high risk but as CLS Money has a wide range of lenders (instead of 2 or 3 who we were declined with) it meant that we could get a good rate with a decent lender and that didn't ask for every document you've ever owned which meant our mortgage offer was sorted within 2 days with the valuation booked for 2 days later. Thanks for all your help guys really appreciate it!!! :)”

“CLS helped find us a mortgage in 2 days after we had been strung along by a high street bank for over a month. Clayton found a competitive rate and a deal that meant we didn't have to pay for another mortgage valuation. The whole team were really supportive throughout the whole process. They were fast at responding to emails and you could always speak to someone on the phone. I would highly recommend CLS.”

“James came to our house to and took us through all the options available for taking out a mortgage, he explained the pros and cons of each and was very clear. From there we were able to make a simple decision based on what we required. Since then both James and Tina have been a great help with any questions we had and have informed us clearly of all the progress being made. They have made the paperwork part of our practically stress free. They have been brilliant.”

“We are a young couple who were in need of a mortgage and in the current financial climate we found it very difficult but CLS money we able to help us every step of the way. They helped us obtaining a mortgage very quickly and helped us all the way through the process of purchasing a property. Both Clayton and Tina have made the whole process both quick and seamless: taking all of the “work” out of our hands – and explaining everything in detail and clearly.
