“Having dealt with Clayton for many years, it has been a pleasure dealing with other members of his team. Gemma has recently completed 3 mortgages for me, saving me hundreds of pounds annually. The process was completed very efficiently even when Gemma was working from home. Excellent support from Charlotte, Nicky and Victoria all having knowledge of my cases throughout. No hesitation in recommending CLS!”

“Cannot thank CLS enough, from start to finish and their aftercare they have been nothing but amazing. We both had bad credit and never dreamed we would be able to buy a house and here we are sat in our own home writing this, all thanks to CLS. All of the staff we came into contact with were so lovely and helpful and there was always follow up calls and check ins making the process so much more bearable, would recommend them to anyone.”

“I cannot put in words the gratitude I have for Jamie Selby and the team at CLS for navigating the waters of mortgages for a first time buyer like myself. They have successfully managed to get the right mortage for myself and my circumstances. Jamie in particular was very down to earth, easy to talk to and took the time to actually explain everything to me and put to rest all my concerns. “Would highly recommend CLS to anyone. Thank you Frankie, you have gone above and beyond to make us feel at ease throughout the whole process of our first home purchase. We had terrible experiences with multiple brokers who all told us we would struggle and would need to go down high interest rate, specialist lender routes. Frankie listened to my concerns and effortlessly found us and secured a good interest rate high Street mortgage in a matter of days! Frankie then ensured the whole process was seamless by providing us with all in house contacts for protection and conveyancing, even recommended solicitors, taking all the hard work out for us. Special thanks to the rest of the team, including Abbey, Ellen, Kate and Amy who all worked together to guide us through each step of the process. You are all amazing! We now have the keys to our dream home. Best money ever spent, wouldn't recommend anyone else!”

“With all the stresses of moving, finding the perfect mortgage deal is at the top of the list . We approached CLS Money and so glad we did. From the offset we found the company to be extremely helpful and professional in their approach. Angela Little dealt with our case, and I must add she is a real gem and asset to CLS Money. Angela was not only charming to speak with but her knowledge, and professionalism really put our worries and stresses to ease . Angela, CLS Money, surprised us with their efficiency and secured us a great mortgage deal in principle that very same day. After finding our dream house Angela further successfully submitted our full mortgage offer and again her quickness to act and level of service provided was second to none. “After trying a few mortgage advisers and having no luck with getting a mortgage I thought I’d give CLS a call to see if they could help, our mortgage adviser at CLS was Tom who myself and my partner couldn’t thank enough for all his help and support through out the process. “Having spoken to a few mortgage advisors and made lots of enquiries, I had made the decision to wait until next year and continue working on my bad credit. I was advised I wouldn’t get a mortgage until one of my defaults had dropped off. I received a call from Angela Little that evening… She could in my voice that I was defeated and assured me she was experienced in this field and it was her job to deal with such causes and could get me a mortgage! She was friendly, assertive and I thought it worth one last try! She understood my situation and put me forward to a lender whom she thought I stood a good chance of success with. Angela got my DIP and I eventually found the house I needed, within budget that would suit my family. The case was then passed onto Emma Mitchell who has pushed forward with the full application. She’s been on the case at every step, for each document that’s been required she has provided an update. There has been clarity on the whole process and optimism from both Angela and Emma when I had felt very anxious and sceptical! I have been informed that my mortgage application has been approved and currently waiting on the paperwork! Thank you both for your hard work!”
