“Hannah was outstanding. When in doubt she picked us back up reassuring that it will all be fine and that we will get our mortgage offer. And well that has now happened we are now going to be purchasing our dream home and literally couldn’t do it without Hannah. From start to finish she has worked hard, been reliable and made sure that the process was smooth and quick! Would highly recommend using CLS and 100% anyone should ask to work with Hannah you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Hannah!!!!”

“CLS has been outstanding in helping me find a lender to purchase my first property. My credit rating was very bad but they found a way where others turned me away. I was to appreciate Paul who picked this up and never let go until we had success. Amy and Emma saw it through to the very end professionally and I will recommend them all the time and I definitely hope to come back in the near future”

“Great service from the beginning to purchase. Amy was giving me weekly updates on how everything progressed and was always in contact with solicitors or estate agency, making it stress free throughout. I couldn’t find any fault to CLS and I am highly recommending them.”

“I have now used CLS mortgage brokers on 3 separate occasions,I have always found them to be very good,they do what they say they are going to do with the absolute minimum of fuss,I consider them to be honest and trustworthy,they keep you informed during the compleet mortgage process, the other thing i like about them they don't try and sell you something you are not interested in.”
