“I highly recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They've made my dream come true. Profesional and lovely people to work with. After speaking with multiple mortgage advisers I lost hope of getting a house and gave up for a good half year. But Paisley kept pushing for me to send documents over and reassuring me that I'll get the house I wanted. To give you an example: Where others wouldn't guarantee me a mortgage higher than 180.000, CLS got me a 370.000£ mortgage with an 1.64% interest from one of the biggest banks in the UK and the process was so smooth 😁. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Do yourself a favour and get your mortgage with them especially if you're Self Employed of getting paid through your Limited Company😉.”

“Paul and his team were very professional all the way. He initially got me a deal I thought was great but he new better. A few days later, he got me even a better deal. The amount I used to pay for interest only is now the amount I pay for capital on my mortgage and that is fixed for 2 years!!”

“CLS has been extremely helpful through the whole process. They have very prompt with information and answers to all questions that has been asked. They have been very sufficient and proactive with the buying off our property and everything is in very good order and on tip off the ball. The communications have been frequent and kept you up to date with the process. Very outstanding, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again in the near future. “CLS have been brilliant throughout the whole process of our mortgage paul initially got the mortgage sarah then done the next part of the process for us which become quiet stressful but her patience and proffesinalism regarding our mortgage was amazing nothing was to much to ask and no question was to silly she was Brilliant then Amy has done the last part of our mortgage it has been quiet long winded for us but CLS have been amazing kept us up to date with every part and process anybody that is looking for a mortgage broker I'd highly recommend them as a company they have been brilliant and I'd definitely use them again in the future thankyou all so much for all you've done especially Paul Sarah and Amy you've all been brilliant thankyou so much”

“My mortgage experience was great and very efficient in comparison to other brokers in the market.I Felt at ease and Elaine was very helpful. She went extra mile to sort things out and I am so happy that I chose CLS Money. It was so quick and hassle free. “What an amazing team. I recently bought a flat and just moved in. from Steve seccuring the best deal morgage and literally doing all the work for me, then on to Emma and all her help with the paperwork and finally Amy and her regular updates and chasing third parties on my behalf.
