“We could not recommend CLS money more. This is the third time we've used their services - once for our first home, then for when we renewed our mortgage there, and then finally for when we recently moved. On each occasion the service was impeccable. Melissa is a fantastic communicator and we love working with her. She actions matters really quickly and her correspondence is consistently clear and accurate. When you move house this is something you come to value greatly. Excellent service all round - I would have given more than five stars were it possible.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t thank Frankie and Rhiannon at CLS enough. Having a CIFAS marker made getting a mortgage feel nearly impossible. I’d already tried two advisors—one my family had trusted for years, and another recommended by the estate agents—but neither could help me secure a deal. Out of sheer desperation, I turned to Google and found CLS. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because some of the reviews weren’t great—but I’m so glad I took the chance. Frankie and Rhiannon went above and beyond not just for me, but for my whole family. They were understanding, professional, and relentless in finding a solution that worked. Against all odds, they got my mortgage approved when I genuinely thought all hope was lost. Their support meant the world to me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone—especially if you’re facing challenges like I was. These two are absolute stars.”

“Katie dealt with our life insurance when we re mortgaged and gave me and my partner so many options , regarding what was covered down to affordability! “I contacted CLS money when I almost gave up on looking for a mortgage, I was assigned to Charlie McEachern and Lauren Passmore, they reviewed my case and said it was an easy job. They said I was going to receive my mortgage offer in a maximum of two weeks but I thought they were gasing me up. I honestly did not believe them till I got my offer and now I am waiting to complete. I can not be more grateful to these two. The swift responses to emails, the updates even when I didn't request for it. Infact when you call CLS money, request that Charlie and Lauren handles your case. This is me, a genuine and satisfied customer who has been pursuing a mortgage since March to no avail and upon my encounter with Charlie and Lauren, I got an offer in two weeks. Could have been less if not for a little delay on my end. I am beyond grateful.”

“Cannot fault CLS needed a special mortgage and they sorted it for me plus kept in touch and guided me all the way through and whenever I wasn’t sure or wasn’t understanding a call was made to talk me through it. Lauren was my advisor, had Abi and Leon getting me through the paperwork. I got my keys today so very happy and would definitely use again.”
