“Cannot fault CLS at all, Gemma visited us at home and went through everything with us and secured us a great mortgage. Amy has been fab at chasing up the solicitors every week to ensure things keep moving. Would definitely use again and would recommend.”

“CLS arranged a great 2 year fixed rate mortgage with additional borrowings for an extension which we can easily afford. Harley and Fraser were very helpful and patient (especially when I could be quite slow to respond due to work and other commitments). They always explained things clearly and kept us up to date with what was happening every step of the way. We were also impressed with the low fees, which were made clear from the outset with no nasty surprises along the way! We will definitely be in touch again for the next mortgage in 2020.”

“The staff have been very helpful and always kept in touch along the way. Very prompt response to any phone calls or emails. It’s been a long process and at points very frustrating due to various problems but they have always been chasing things up and pushing things along as much as possible. We are extremely satisfied with the service we have been given by Paul, Emma and Amy, it certainly hasn’t been easy at times but we have felt 100% confidence in them at all times to reach the end goal of assisting us to purchase our home. Thank you guys for all your help & support.”

“So very very very happy!! I can not thank Amy Randall enough! I just want to hug her! She was so fantastic throughout the whole process. She has a lovely likeable attitude as well. I had such a difficult solicitor and various other obstacles along the way, and honestly without her on board, I don’t know what I would have done. She explained everything to me and was very reassuring that everything will run smoothly with a positive attitude. Before she was on board, I was a bit stressed as my house purchase was not progressing due to my solicitor. Best of all, she would always call when she said she would, as well as unexpectedly, which was nice, as I never felt like I was chasing the broker to get things done, instead she was chasing me! James Alabaster gained the mortage for me. I was a bit of a doubting Thomas getting a mortage as I have a fewer things on credit report that didn’t look good. I had also been told by previous brokers that I couldn’t get a mortage and would have to wait another 2 years! Not with James! He knew straight away what was available and told me to stop worrying evrything would be fine. The amount of times he kept calling me during the application, I was so happy, as it felt like I was his only customer and he was serious about getting me a mortage. In all, next time I purchase a home it’s CLS all the way! Thank you so much! especially Amy!!!”
