“Cls managed to find me a mortgage in the most difficult of circumstances would highly recommend in particular Ryan and Victoria they where always available if a problem arose during the application would highly recommend”

“Amy Randall has been dealing with my case, which involves arranging two BTL mortgages and one residential. This all had to be completed to tight deadlines and from start to finish Amy has been fantastic. She has been liaising with the mortgage lenders as well as the estate agent for my purchase, which means less work and stress for me. Always polite and helpful so once again thanks Amy and the team for all your help.”

“Fantastic service from James and Sian. James was extremely helpful at the start of the process, as first time buyers we were so new to all this and made the process seem less daunting and smooth. We were then handed over the Sian who was great. Kept us informed throughout and updated us at every stage. They both were amazing and would get straight back to us via email/phone. I could not recommend CLS Money enough they were brilliant!”

“CLS have been fantastic throughout our mortgage process. In particular would like to mention Amy, Hannah ,Ryan and Jodie they were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. Communication was very good and received updates throughout the process CLS is lucky to have this 4. I would definitely recommend CLS and use them again in the future.”

“I cannot fault the service I've received from all the staff at CLS and in particular Amy who has kept me informed every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone buying, selling or needing financial advice in any way. They also recommended other services that have also been excellent. Together with the fact that this service has not cost me a fortune, entirely reasonable cost all the way. CLS has made a very stressful time a lot easier, I would definitely use this company again.”

“CLS (Paul and his team) worked very hard to obtain a mortgage offer during the height of the pandemic back in May and June 2020. The documentation prep was very good and quick. I'm grateful for the deal that was obtained for me as a first-time buyer. CLS are very good at communication. Likewise, the links with insurance brokers were very useful! Please please keep it up, team!”

“Amy is currently sorting my mortgage for me and I have to say she has made this so stress free for me.. She is so friendly and reassuring.. I can email or ring her anytime and I always get a very quick response from her... She always says if I have any problems or I'm worried about anything about my case I can just ring her and she is very reassuring.. I would highly recommend Amy”

“Amy is looking after my case post mortgage offer up to completing. Amy is that friendly voice at the end of the phone who keeps me from going mad! This process is so stressful but Amy takes that stress away by chasing the progress of my Case for me. Always keeps me updated! Second time I have used them and will be using CLS again - HIGHLY RECOMMEND !”
