“Cannot recommend this company enough!! I spoke with Ryan on the Tuesday morning, went through our options and then our mortgage application got accepted 6 days later!! So impressed with their service, we received daily updates from both Ryan and Rachael. Any questions we had were answered straight away. Thank you both so much for your help, you have been amazing :D”

“After receiving an AIP from our bank, we had our offer accepted on a really great house that we were lucky to get. Unfortunately due to terrible service and staffing issues, after an extremely stressful 5 weeks we still hadn't managed to submit a full application. I rang CLS one Saturday after looking at online reviews as we were at the point of losing the house. I was beyond fortunate that Angela Little responded and after spending four hours on a Saturday helping me, a full application was submitted first thing Monday morning and 10 days later we had our Mortgage offer approved. The process was easy and about as stress free as a mortgage application can be. It's just such a shame I wasted 5 weeks before Xmas before I contacted Angela at CLS! We have been able to sort out life cover and home insurance at the same time too. We will definitely use again the future. Huge thanks. Sophie”

“We were handed over to Amy Randall to lead us through to completion, we were told she was excellent they certainly did not lie ..Amy was absolutely fantastic, if you are lucky enough for to be handed over to Amy you will not be disappointed. I never knew how stressful buying a house was until now, Amy was always there drop of a hat putting our minds at rest. All credit goes to this lovely lady thank you Amy Randall for helping us to become home owners. 😊”

“Until I called CLS and spoke to Angela Little, I was resigned to the fact that I couldn't get a further loan against my current Nationwide mortgage, and would have to commit to Equity Release to meet my financial needs. Within two weeks, Angela had provided quality & bespoke advice and I now have a 5yr fixed rate with the Halifax. My expectations were exceeded and I also had good service/advice over life insurance, etc, identifying my ex-partner was still on the Policy! Great work from Angela and her fellow team members, I'm very grateful & the stress has gone. RS”

“I’ve had a lovely experience with CLS Money, having been told by various mortgage brokers I would be unable to secure a mortgage Tom instantly made me feel confident he’d be able to find me one. Tom has consistently communicated with me and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Rachael has also been really helpful throughout the process and both have provided a stress free experience and I can’t thank them enough. I would definitely recommend CLS money and will be using them again if I need to in the future :)”

“CLS have been absolutely brilliant throughout my mortgage securing process. Tom Duncan and Emma Mitchell were an absolute dream team. They worked really hard in my corner and overcame quite a few challenges that we ran into on the way. They always kept me informed and up-to-date with regards to what was going on by phone and email, and always explained everything in sufficient detail and in simple terms. I really appreciate all their help, and they're both absolute assets to CLS. I would, and will be, recommending CLS to anyone looking for a whole of market broker, that provides outstanding service, and really works hard to secure you the best possible deal! Thanks guys :)”

“Excellent. Makes your mortgage process a lot more easier rather than having to deal directly with the lenders. Have used CLS for a new buy to let mortgage and a remortgage of a buy to let. Customer service is great, they go out their way to keep you up-to-date and ensure that you have the answers to any questions you may have.”
