“I used the team via the blue light card for free and was still treated very well. Excellent communication at each stage without being over powering. Each person I spoke with was really good and I have would recommend the team. The blue light card option needs to be advertised more and utilised more. Last time I paid £500 for what I got this time.”

“Was a bit unsure at first about using a Mortgage Broker, but when reading the reviews online decided to use CLS. James Courtenay, made the whole mortgage process pain free and easy, the service he provided was Fantastic, any questions we had James came back and answered quickly, we was updated regularly with regards to the application. A* Service from James Courtenay and would highly recommend, will be back in contact when Mortgage needs changing, Thanks Mr & Mrs Beechey”

“I was sceptical about using a broker but the service that CLS provided has proven to pay dividends. Far from just doing the paperwork for my mortgage, CLS advised me through every step of the process. Joanne was especially helpful and professional, she chased constantly, often daily, to get the mortgage approved that I needed. Even the conveyancing quotation provided by CLS was a hundred pounds plus better than the two I had previously received from my estate agent. Thank you - Highly Recommended. ?”

“Despite what they say it can be difficult to raise a remortgage in later life and we had spent many fruitless hours in the attempt before deciding to try a broker. We approached 3 brokers simultaneously (one a well known national brand, one local and CLS by internet ratings). CLS were quick off the mark, obviously knowledgeable and found the right deal for us very quickly. Their subsequent case handling was thorough and professional. Hitches were quickly explained and dealt with by their pleasant and responsive staff. A top class customer experience.”

“I thought the service I received was first class and would definitely recommend CLS & James Courtenay. He made my experience of applying for a mortgage straightforward and easy, which took all the stress out of changing my mortgage from my previous lender. CLS communicated with me on a regular basis to ensure that everything ran smoothly, which it did, so I give my thanks to them for helping me to secure the product that I needed.”

“We are extremely please with all the help and advice we have received from Sue and her team. Nothing has been too much trouble. There were a few issues (not of Sues doing) at the beginning and Sue went out of her way to solve these. However many times we rang she was polite and reassuring.”

“I was referred to CLS by a friend who had recently used their services after a great review. I am a first time buyer and the process was quite daunting initially but all of my questions/ issues and worries were always answered in a short space of time. I found the company very welcoming from the initial meeting and everyone was very helpful. My mortgage advisor James was very helpful at all times of the process and ensured I had constant updates on information whilst also ensuring that the information was easy to digest. I will definitely use CLS again in the future and I would recommend this company to all family and friends.”
