“When my husband and I booked our meeting with CLS we wasn't even sure we could get a mortgage at all based on our circumstances. We saw Sue who was fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgable and brilliant communication, to the point of even answering her emails when she was on holiday! We got a great rate mortgage which was processed super quick. She did all the leg work for us and kept us informed every step of the way, and even helped us when we didn't have a clue how to go about making offers. Our first meeting was free and all other fees were made completely transparent at that point. We would 100% use CLS again. Thank you for your hard work and fantastic communication.”

“I am very happy and impressed with how easy the process of applying for a mortgage was working with James and Tina. I thought the mortgage process would take forever, but James knows his stuff! Excellent communication during the process too - keeping me fully updated with all stages of the process. Will 100% use CLS again, and have already recommended to friends.”

“I found CLS to be to be extremely knowledgeable not only about mortgage matters but the whole property buying and selling process in general, with absolutely no BS, nothing is too much trouble for them and there charges are very reasonable, especially when you consider the extra mile they go in sorting out problems, it really is a pleasure to deal with a company that has such old fashioned values, they certainly believe in putting the customer first. I will most definitely be using CLS again.”

“Considering I was new to the property market (first time buyer) and unsure about my current state of employment, CLS gave expert/accurate advise as to what was required of me and what I could get as an individual. Staff are extremely friendly and we're always available. Great service.”

“We are first time buyers and wanted some advice and guidance. I called to make an appointment and our advisor James came to our home the next day by that evening we had our decision in principle. As soon as we had made an offer all of the team at CLS were incredibly efficient making the whole process incredibly quick and smooth. Any questions we have had have been answered quickly and we have been kept informed every step of the way. I could not recommend CLS highly enough. A truly great service!”
