“We originally went to a local building society for a mortgage and were refused due to something that showed up on my husbands credit report 2 years ago and they told us we wouldn't be able get a mortgage. I looked online and found cls filled in the form and james rang me back half an hour later within no time he secured us a decision in principle with another building society that was cheaper than the first, we then got our full mortgage offer and have today picked the keys up to our own family home. Thanks also to jody and amy who gave me regular updates throughout the whole process. We are now 1 very happy excited family looking forward to moving into our home. Thank you everyone 😁”

“From start to finish this company are amazing!! Very professional and go above and beyond to help.. everyone I dealt with along the way have been outstanding but Amy Randall 10/10 I wish I lived closer to show how much I appreciate everything they have done and I feel sad now are contact is over.. thank you for everything I have put friends in touch if they was a 100 stars you would be getting them..”

“Fraser has been absolutely brilliant and has made this process so easy for me. Whilst Fraser was away I have had to make contact with other members of the team and both Harley and Paul dealt with with my enquiries instantly. You never feel left in the dark as CLS, As Amy would supply me with consistent updates on the progression of my application without me even needing to ask. Top class service”
