“We contacted CLS money and initially spoke to Charlotte who very quickly got us a DIP through Halifax. She responded to emails so quickly, even at the weekend and supported and guided us through the first stage of our application. Sian then took on our application and managed to get us a great deal with our mortgage, again she supported and guided us through every stage and was so reassuring. We got our offer a few hours after the valuation was completed and Sian and Charlotte were clearly delighted for us. We would and do recommend CLS to everyone we speak to. Fantastic advice from people who really do care and know their stuff.”

“Just completed on my first home, our broker at CLS money helped find a 90% loan to value mortgage last year when I couldn’t find a lender accepting 10% deposits. Nicky & Amy helped everything move along . Amy kept me informed every step of the way which was reassuring - I’m so glad I had someone who could advise me along the way! Thanks guys !”
