“We recently used CLS for a remortgage, having used them 2 years ago when we moved and received a fantastic service from start to finish. They found us a great 2 year rate and we incurred no extra costs for using their expertise. They went through all available deals to help us find what was best for our circumstances and helped with all the paperwork that had to be completed and sent off. A highly recommended company with friendly and helpful staff.”

“I have been extremely impressed with the service that James has offered me in patiently finding my specialised mortgage deal. Where I felt that nothing was too much trouble. He found me the most competitive deal to suit my self employed status. Which was amazing as I am a contractor with no accounts as this is my first year! Tina always keeps you fully updated with the progress along the way for which I have been very impressed. Her cheerful and friendly manner really Makes you feel valued and makes the process less stressful! Can highly recommend CLS for all your mortgage needs.”

“James Oakley provided very helpful and professional advice and would always come back to me quickly. He took me through each step of the process and explained any issues/concerns that came up. He always checked in with any updates and would update me with any changes that would be of benefit. James also provided quotes for other services such as solicitors and insurance, but this always felt like an informed quote rather than being pushy. I would recommend James Oakley and the CLS team.”

“CLS recently helped us with our mortgage and insurance for our new home. Clayton and his team sorted everything out quickly and simply making that part of our move stress free. Can't rate their service highly enough. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again. If I could give more than 5* I would. ????????”

“Great service again, the whole procedure is quicker than if I did it myself and of course the deals accessed are great. The whole team is friendly, communication is fast and questions always answered. I always recommend to friends and family and will be using CLS again myself in two years time.”

“CLS was very approachable and helpful in finding us mortgage and supporting us in our complicated and long journey from application to exchange of contracts. Considering that our chances of getting a good rate mortgage were slim I was very surprised and pleased to find out that there is always a solution. Would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“James was really helpful and responded to my many queries throughout the process very quickly. Our situation is quite complex and he helped us to find the best deal for us. When we found a house he arranged a mortgage in principle in a few hours and we then had a mortgage offer within a few days. Would recommend.”
