“We were very unsure that we would be able to secure a mortgage due to past financial problems but CLS were very reassuring. Thanks to Rachael Marcucci for seeing us through to our official mortgage offer. “James and Victoria have been fantastic. Being a first time buyer I hadn't a clue what I was doing, as my credit rating was pretty bad I knew it wasn't going to be easy. Both James and Victoria handed everything brillently, sorted all the paperwork and led me through the mine field that is buying a house! Gave me regular updates and even put up with my tantrums! Highly recommended!”

“Upon one of the leading banks messing us around even though we had a mortgage with them we looked at getting a Broker and found CLS money. Within 24 hours we had spoken to someone who advised and assisted us getting things moving with the purchase of our new home. We both work for the NHS and as we all know it’s been stressful with what’s going on but CLS took away the stress and worry and have been dealing with things very quickly, we have never had any issues contacting them with stupid questions always happy to help. CLS have gone above and beyond in our eyes to help us out and would recommend the to anyone looking to move. I would like to thank CLS for their support Ryan Emma and all the others thanks guys for all your hard work and I will be using them for any future moves.”
