“I honestly can't thank Jamie and Charlotte at CLS enough. I was so stressed about the mortgage process, but they made it so easy and seamless – I had my mortgage offer in just two days, which felt unreal! They handled everything so professionally and explained every step clearly, giving me complete peace of mind. The lender they secured for me also offered a much lower interest rate than I expected, which was such a bonus! From start to finish, they’ve been so helpful, responsive, and genuinely lovely to deal with. If you’re looking for a team who actually cares and knows exactly what they’re doing, I cannot recommend Jamie and Charlotte enough.”

“5 Stars – Excellent Service from Start to Finish Given how stressful mortgages, and house buying in general can be, I've had a fantastic experience working with CLS, and, in particular, the outstanding support I've received from Melissa, Chloe and the team throughout the entire process. “I’m really happy with the service I received from Jamie and Charlotte. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole mortgage process—always professional, prompt, and accommodating. They worked around my shifts and even responded to emails outside of working hours, which made a huge difference. Everything was clearly explained and nothing was too much trouble. From the first phone call to receiving my full mortgage offer took just 23 days! I couldn’t have asked for better support—highly recommend!”

“Cls Money is a fantastic company My advisor was Joshua Weekes Went through the process step by step always at hand via email and calls. Really couldn't do this without him. Days when I was stressed out throughout this process just hearing his calm voice, kept me at ease. I would advise anyone needing to go through the process of getting a mortgage via bank or broker to use this cls money. The whole team was wonderful Very relaxed and organised. “The team at CLS have been fantastic and finalising the mortgage was relatively pain free, tbh its only all the paper work and time thats required to get everything in place that drains you, but this in no way reflects the guy's at CLS. That is just the process we have to do. As someone that needed to pay off a help to buy and my local advisor couldn't seem to help on several occasions, it was a leap of faith one afternoon when I had the time to search Google for a lender that may be able to help me. With a poor credit rating, I didn't hold out much hope, but they came to the rescue, and now I just have one morgage to worry about. I will be returning once again in five years to take advantage of a better interest rate or we may even look at moving house. Thank you to all of you, to many names to add in here, but you all know who you are 😉 Many thanks James P”
