“The Mortgage rate achieved was very good. Amy was very proactive and responsive and took a lot of the information and liaising works with solicitors away. Would defiantly recommend. The Solicitors used were below the standard expected, them seemed to get basic information wrong and asked for information in an ad-hoc manner.”

“Communication during the remortgage process has been excellent. I have been kept updated every step of the way and always felt that, if I had a query, it would be answered quickly and with no prevarication. “Found out about CLS on bluelight discount card website. From first contact Sue Briscoe was totally professional and quickly found the best deal for us. The whole process was completed within 28 days which I think is testament to the excellent customer service from Sue and all her other colleagues. Absolutely first class. Thanks Sue :)”

“An important part of our venture in buying a property was to get a finance for part of the price, I could say that I was really lucky to get in touch with Clayton ,whom I have known for quiet a while , to help me find the best offer. Between him and Harley Kimber every thing went easy and to my satisfaction we were all the time talking as if we were members of the same family. At the end of it I got the best deal in a comfortable manner. I don't want to finish this message with out extending my gratitude to every body in CLS for their help in the way they offered. thank you all”

“The team at CLS were brilliant from start to finish. James was a great help with discussing our financial situation and mortgage requirements, he was very knowledgeable and we felt we were in good hands when being advised on the different mortgage products available to us. Joanne was brilliant at following the process through to completion and again, it was re-assuring to know we had her at the end of the phone if we had any questions along the way. The fee is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and support when making such an important decision.”
