“CLS have been amazing. So professional and very friendly with great customer service Found me a great deal and had it all approved within a few days. Everyone I dealt with at CLS was extremely friendly and helpful but Tom who took the initial enquiry and then Shannon who helped with the processing really stood out they were both amazing. It’s not very often that you get such great and consistent service now days but CLS we’re brilliant and I was so impressed and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a mortgage.”

“What can I say - what a journey the whole completion process has been. Shannon has been nothing short of amazing. She has gone above and beyond. The sheer determination in which she supported me, from the constant updates, calming my anxieties to even dealing with my solicitors who were taking things at a slower pace, I simply cannot thank you enough. “CLS have been so helpful and informative in helping me secure a mortgage on my first home. If you’re a first time buyer or a little unsure about using a broker (like I was at beginning of my house journey), then let CLS put your mind at ease, they have guided me through every step of the way and made the whole process as stress-free and easy as possible. “If I could give CLS a 10 Star review I would! I hesitantly applied for a re-mortgage on my rented property and I didn't hold out much hope of getting it. I previously applied through Lloyds and was rejected due to affordability. My credit score is excellent but Lloyds still rejected my application. I felt frustrated until I came across CLS on the Internet. I finally found the courage to give them a ring and I spoke to James Oakley. James was very confident in finding me a re mortgage deal although I wasn't! He assigned me to one mortgage broker who however declined my application. He informed me that he would find me another deal. A few days later James rang to say he had found another lender who's APR was a little higher due to my affordability. I was still expecting my application to be declined but I recieved a call from James first thing this morning telling me that my new application had been granted! I am absolutely thrilled to bits as CLS has gone beyond their duty to find me a re-mortgage deal! Their attitude is second to none and I cant thank James, Victoria and Gemma enough! They have been amazing throughout this application! I thought their 5 star reviews were a bit too good to be true but they really aren't! I would definately recommend this company to friends and family! Thank you CLS, your staff are worth their weight in Gold! Your service is impeccable! Another happy customer! D.MC”

“Things were looking extremely bleak for me and my partner - we tried so many places for a mortgage and were turned away over and over again. Fortunately, CLS were able to help and even got us our mortgage on a very short timescale. We wouldn’t have our house if it wasn’t for Jamie and Emma. Highly recommended if you are in a pinch!”

“I recently had support from James Oakley and Vickie Fortescue while I was looking for my first buy-to-let property and mortgage. James was super patient as various (and many!) scenarios were presented while I searched for the property. Then when I had an offer accepted and needed to move fast to secure the property, James and Vickie worked together to get me a suitable mortgage that fit my requirements exactly, and they worked really quickly, which is absolutely essential in the current market. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and even received an update over the phone on a Saturday, giving me confidence that I was in capable hands. I have no hesitation in recommending CLS and I will definitely use them again for the next BTL.”

“From start to ongoing, CLS have been amazing. Considering the way the world is at the moment and how hard it is for any buyer, CLS really went above and beyond to look after us as first time buyers. We have been mainly dealing with Melissa Woolley who is a complete asset to the company - I don't know how we would have done any of this without her! Every step of the way she has been there, providing us with information and helping us day and night with any question (there have been a lot). She found us the best of the best and even went out of her way to set our case up before going on annual leave "just in case we found a property whilst she was away". We did find a property whilst Melissa was on annual leave and her organized, caring ways ensured it was a smooth process for us whilst she was not there. I really could not recommend Melissa enough to anyone looking for a mortgage. We cannot thank you enough Melissa! You are worth your weight in gold. Whilst Melissa was on annual leave we was left in the wonderful hands of Andrew and Victoria who we dealt with for two days and they were straight on the ball the moment our offer was accepted. In such a daunting time of the unknown it made all the difference having such an experienced and positive team behind us. Thank you so much CLS - we will not use any other brokers in our lives.”

“Melissa was very helpful from the very beginning of the process for our mortgage. She gave us lots of different options and she always helped me , as I'm a first time buyer, to understand every single information. It is nice to be able to speak simple words to someone that actually reply to your emails and hundreds of questions. Melissa also helped me to make sure that we can use the best offer that suits out needs and she always made a big effort to support us. We hope we are closer to make our dreams come true now! Thank you again for your help, Melissa! Abby was really nice as well when Melissa was on annual leave to pass over information. Thanks to her as well!!”

“There are a lot of players in this space but ultimately I decided to work with James and the BTL team after an initial discussion about my long term plans and what I needed. I was looking for a firm able to keep the process moving along with limited input from me. I’ve not had any issues.
