“Huge thank you to Mollie, Joanne and Amy who have made the whole process of us buying a house significantly easier. I first got in touch with Mollie due to my partner having some issues with credit, and after being told by numerous lenders and brokers what we wanted wasn't doable, Mollie made it her mission to make a miracle happen - and so she did! Despite me chasing constantly and panicking, Mollie was always calm and focused and more than happy to go the extra mile for us. Joanne and Amy have also been diamonds, in ensuring we have everything we need for the move and keeping us updated with everything - even chasing our solicitors when they've been behind schedule, not to mention the reminders about home insurance and other bits we forgot we need! We're now waiting to complete on our dream first home and couldn't have done it without these lovely ladies. I would definitely recommend CLS Money if you're struggling to get a mortgage, or you just want to know the job will be done properly. I've felt at ease with CLS, and having someone on the other end of the phone whenever you need has been a huge support in what is generally a very stressful time for all. I've been very impressed and will definitely come back to CLS should the time come that we plan on moving again.”

“James Alabaster was a very informative and helpful initial mortgage advisor who took me through the necessary steps with sensitivity at what was an emotionally difficult time for me (house purchase following a marriage breakdown). Similarly, Amy Randall, the Client Relationship Executive I was handed to from James, has been extremely helpful and supportive. My overall house purchase has taken a year as the first chain fell through when the vendors pulled out after nine months of waiting. Amy has been empathetic throughout and took on a lot of chasing and follow ups with various parties on my behalf, and has been the only person to keep me fully up to speed in the whole process - I had a real sense of her being 'on my side' over these last twelve months of delays and problems. I would very much recommend CLS - excellent customer service.”

“When we first started the journey with CLS and Mollie Rising and Joanne Bean I was very sceptical if they could deliver what we needed, I have had CCJ in the past and a business that is in its second year so I felt the odds were against us. Joanne spent daily time with us working on the application and keeping us positive through the whole journey and we have finally ended up securing our mortgage and our dream home. I cannot recommend enough the team as they are incredible and also very understanding to all people’s circumstances.”
