“Extremely happy, great friendly customer service and always happy to help. Ellis, Rachael, Amy and Kate have been so helpful throughout. CLS provided us the best deal for remortgage after getting declined from another broker. We were fully informed the whole way through. Very pleased with the service provided. We can’t thank you all enough!!!!!!”

“Really fantastic service from Angela Little that has made a complicated and overwhelming process so much more manageable. Angela really took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all the terminology to me, so I felt reassured that I understood my options. She was really patient and friendly and I appreciated her clear guidance and expert understanding. My circumstances were slightly complex and she really took the time to find us the best offer which has saved us a significant amount of money. Working with Angela far exceeded my expectations of working with a mortgage broker.”

“Sue Brons was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly tolerant, professional, efficient, patient and ensured that we got the exact product that suited our unique situation. Sue was constantly striving to get the best deal and we ended up saving a whopping amount every month and able to convert our loft. We are exceptionally happy with the service and product that we received. Sue went above and beyond, was quick to respond and got the ball rolling when we were ready. Within about 5 days everything was settled. Brilliant Sue! Simply brilliant!”

“Someone will always answer your call, and if the person you are after is not available you will receive a call back within a short period of time. When I was not sure about part of the process, I had team members take the time to explain every step that not only they are involved with but also what the solicitors should be doing. Following these conversations I also received email follow ups and check ups to ensure that I was happy with all that was discussed and if I had further questions. Amy was one of such staff that was very helpful as well as many others.”

“Last broker said I needed a big deposit to get my Re-Mortage sorted… CLS got the best deal and no deposit required !!! They done the most amazing job … quick !! Fantastic communication and always available … I never left a 5 star review before, they absolutely deserve it, big shout to Frankie for being there start to finish :) CLS forever !!”

“When all other brokers said no, Angela Little said yes! Managed to secure us a DiP for a 10% mortgage when we kept being told only 15% would do. Angela has made the whole process so far very easy for us and I would happily recommend. We still have a lot of work to do before the mortgage is signed off but I'm hoping Angela's work so far will get us across the line. Will update if and when all goes through! Thank you Angela.”

“Can't fault the work CLS have done,especially Angela Little who has worked very hard to get me the amount of mortgage I required. With in 24 hours of the initial phone call there was an offer in principle. Great customer service, and kept me informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend and I'll be using them in the future.”

“I can't recommend CLS MONEY highly enough. Especially Steve and Victoria. As a First time buyers we had no clue how to start and what to expect, but even after the first conversation with Steve I knew we are in safe hands. Their attitude is brilliant, very friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt free to ask all kind of questions and all were answered politely and patiently.
