Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “Unfortunately it didn't go very smoothly. The first mower arrived damaged - probably courtesy of the carrier (DPD). It was promptly replaced, but the 2nd mower appeared to have a manufacturing fault. It now turns out that this mower probably isn't faulty, but the instructions are misleading and don't make it clear exactly how the electrical controls and their LED displays operate. I have explained this in detail today, in an e-mail to Sarah in your Customer Service department, with a suggestion that the instructions be amended to make the method of operation clear for users. I am sure that if this is done, it will reduce future complaints about suspected manufacturing faults.”
